It Returns available free space in a given directory.
Syntax:
float disk_free_space ( string directory)
here, Given a string containing a directory, this function will return the number of bytes available on the corresponding filesystem or disk partition.
diskfreespace is also similar to this function.
Example:
disk_free_space()
echo $freespace = disk_free_space(”e:”). ” bytes”;
$freespace displayed the no. of bytes unused in the e: directory.
