Configure mail functionalities:

The mail functionalities have to be set from the PHP tier, not from the Claroline one. The way mail works with PHP is set in the php.ini file.

* On Linux/Unix you have to rely on Mail transport agent hosted on the same server than your web server. This agent is provided on most Linux distribution.

* On Windows, you have to install the agent yourself or change the php.ini file to point to another SMTP server.
